1. Assistant Manager (Grade ‘A’) - General Stream

Eligibility Criteria

SIDBI Age Limit (as on 14/07/2025)
- SIDBI Grade A Age Limit: Not below 21 years and not exceeding 30 years. (Candidates born not earlier than 14.07.1995 and not later than 15.07.2004 [both days including] are only eligible to apply)
- SIDBI Grade B Age Limit: Not below 25 years and not exceeding 33 years. (Candidates born not earlier than 14.07.1992 and not later than 15.07.2000 [both days including] are only eligible to apply)

Selection Procedure
The selection will be a rigorous three-stage process:
- Phase I: Online Screening Exam. An objective test of 200 marks.
- Phase II: Online Examination. This includes a descriptive English paper and a technical paper (objective + descriptive).
- Phase III: Personal Interview. Candidates qualifying Phase II will be invited for an interview.
- Negative Marking: A penalty of 1/4th of the marks will be deducted for each wrong answer in objective tests.
