Educational Qualifications for "No Experience" Roles

• Junior Executive (Official Language): 2-year full-time Post-Graduation in Hindi AND a 3-year full-time regular graduation in any discipline with English as a subject.
• Assistant Officer (Human Resources): 2-year full-time PG Degree in HR / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations, or an MBA with specialization in HR.
• Assistant Officer (Welfare): Master of Social Works (MSW) Degree, or a PG Degree in related fields like Labour and Social Welfare, Industrial Psychology, etc.
• Assistant Accounts Officer: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI with 50% marks in the Final examination.
• Assistant Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation): 4-year full-time B.E./B.Tech in the respective engineering discipline with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
• Junior Executive (Fire & Safety): 3-year full-time Regular Diploma or Science Graduate, along with a valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License and a minimum 6-month certificate course in Fire & Safety.

Selection Process

The selection process for most roles includes a Computer-Based Test (CBT), followed by a Group Task/Discussion, and a Personal Interview. Importantly, the objective part of the CBT has **no negative marking**.
