The Service and its original content (excluding content from official past exams), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of VRSAM and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent. The questions, answers, and solutions from past examinations are provided for educational purposes and remain the intellectual property of their respective governing bodies (e.g., NTA).
5. AI-Generated Content
Our Service includes features that use artificial intelligence (AI) to generate content. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated content is provided as a supplementary study aid and is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or free from errors.
- You are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying the accuracy of any AI-generated content.
- VRSAM is not liable for any inaccuracies in AI-generated content or any reliance you place upon it. Refer to our Disclaimer for more details.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permissible by law, VRSAM, its directors, employees, and affiliates, disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Service and your use thereof.
In no event shall VRSAM be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VRSAM and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password, or b) a breach of these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect by posting on the website or notifying you via email. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
